AS required by Ohio RC 2923.125, We offer the 12 hour Ohio CCW course, based on the proven NRA Basic Pistol Course. We have expanded the course to meet Ohio law. The course includes basic safety rules, types of firearms,ammunition selection, "Considerations of Concealed Carry", How to carry, The Mindset when carrying, Ohio laws, How to Train, gun care, & purchasing a handgun. The class is divided between 10 hrs of classroom & 2 hours of range time. email the Duck or call 937-787-4414, to book a class.

States that you can carry in with your Ohio CHL:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North & South Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, & Wyoming. We also give a New Hampshire "Non-Resident" application at no extra charge, (The License is $20) with the student packet that will add: Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, & Pennsylvania. This will give you 33 states that you can carry in, with your Ohio CHL We can also provide you a PA non Res Application (License costs $26) which will add: Georgia, Louisana, New Hampshire,North Dakota, Pennsylvania, & Texas (with OH & NH 34 states)

Our course has been reviewed & approved by two Sheriff's departments. We are offering the Ohio CHL course based on the NRA Basic Pistol Class, on weekends, we can also offer the course during the week with prior arrangements.The course is 12 hours, 10 hours in the classroom & 2 hours of rangetime, & live fire. Covers not only safety, but the basics of pistol shooting, Thoughts on selecting the right pistol, holster, how to carry, & a complete review of the Ohio CC booklet. With Mad Duck Training, you will be prepared, with the correct information.
